Update

Maintenance for the Virginia-1 (sse-use-1-1-0) is not yet complete due to unforeseen reasons and has been extended until 17:00 UTC. During this time, customer IPSec tunnels will fail over to the secondary VEDC.

Maintenance for all other data centers has been completed and services are operating as expected.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
