Maintenance Details : Scheduled maintenance of standard EKS infrastructure upgrade for the Remote Access VPN components and dependencies.
Date and Time: July 14th, 02:00 UTC to July 14th, 10:00 UTC
Impact: During the maintenance window, active VPN sessions connected through the affected data centers listed below may experience a brief disconnection. VPN sessions connected through the corresponding paired data centers are not expected to be affected. Users with the Auto Reconnect feature enabled will have their VPN connections automatically re-established. Users without Auto Reconnect enabled will need to manually reconnect using Cisco Secure Client. This maintenance is scheduled during off-business hours to help minimize customer disruption.
