Between 15:30 UTC and 16:50 UTC on September 11, 2026, customers routed through the Europe (Germany) data center, eu-central-1_1_1, may have experienced intermittent fail-open behavior. As a result, URL-based security policies may have been applied with default or unknown category verdicts. Some TLS decryption processing may also have been intermittently affected.

The issue has been mitigated, and the service is operating normally.
