Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience. To ensure our Cisco Secure Access platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing maintenance.
Maintenance Details: Cisco will perform an upgrade of the Firewall as a Service component in the affected Tokyo and Osaka data centers.
Date and Time: July 29th, 16:00 UTC to July 29th, 20:00 UTC
Impact: Cisco will upgrade one vEDC at a time to minimize service disruption. Within each vEDC, firewall nodes will be upgraded on a rolling basis. Most traffic is expected to continue without noticeable impact. However, existing sessions can experience a brief interruption or traffic degradation during a node upgrade. New sessions are not expected to be affected, and most traffic should recover automatically. Long-running sessions, such as RDP connections, can be disconnected and require users to reconnect manually. No action is required for other traffic.
