Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience. To ensure our Cisco Secure Access platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing maintenance.
Maintenance Details: We are performing scheduled upgrades to our Brazil infrastructure. To ensure continuous service, all traffic is being automatically redirected to a secondary environment. No service interruption is expected.
Components: API, Cisco Secure Client, Data Loss Prevention, Experience Insights, Network Tunnel Groups, Policy Enforcement, Remote Access VPN, Remote Browser Isolation, Reporting and Logging, Reserved IP, Resource Connector, Web Security, Zero Trust Access.
Date and Time: March 6th, 02:00 UTC to March 6th, 23:00 UTC
Impact: During this maintenance window, traffic will transition to the secondary data center. Active sessions will briefly disconnect during failover and will automatically reconnect. If a session does not automatically reconnect, users must manually reconnect their VPN session. No other action is required from customers.
