Maintenance Details : Cisco Secure Access SWG Policy, Zero Trust Access BAP, & Network Tunnel Groups will undergo emergency maintenance to improve platform stability and performance.
Date and Time: May 13th, 20:00 UTC to May 13th, 22:00 UTC
Impact: During this maintenance window, Zero Trust Access BAP, Network Tunnel Groups & Secure Web Gateway users may experience service interruptions. Sessions on the affected VEDC may be temporarily terminated, and traffic will attempt to fail over to another VEDC within the same region. Seamless reconnection depends on client configuration. There will be brief, minimal connectivity interruptions for end users during the maintenance window. We are actively working to restore full service as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
