This maintenance activity was completed on June 26, 2026. At the time, an update was posted through the Cisco Secure Access portal instead of a maintenance notification on the status page. We are now publishing this notice retrospectively to ensure that customers have a complete record of the activity.
Maintenance Details Remote Access VPN IP pools were rebalanced across the two data centers in the US East region. This proactive activity was executed to improve IP capacity distribution and help accommodate future growth in VPN connections.

Impact During the maintenance window, active VPN sessions in the US East (Virginia) region could have experience a brief connection interruption. Users with Auto Reconnect enabled should have had their VPN connections automatically re-established. Users without Auto Reconnect enabled would have need to manually reconnect using Cisco Secure Client.
