We have mitigated the issue affecting Cisco Secure Access Firewall and VPN services in specific India and Tokyo locations.
Affected customers may have experienced intermittent connectivity issues, including packet loss or temporary connection drops, for services associated with the csc_ap-south-1_1_0 location in India and the csc-apne1-1-0-0 location in Tokyo. This issue did not affect all Cisco Secure Access services or all customers in these regions.
Remote Access VPN service has recovered in both affected locations, and services are currently stable. Our teams are continuing to monitor service health and have paused related maintenance activity while the incident is reviewed.
