Maintenance Details: Cisco will perform Control Plane and Data Plane deployment activity for Cisco Secure Access Remote Access VPN in Osaka to provide the latest fixes for an improved experience.
Date and Time: June 4th, 16:00 UTC to June 4th, 20:00 UTC
Impact: During the maintenance window for the data center being updated, active VPN sessions on ap-northeast-3-1-1 may disconnect once momentarily. New VPN sessions are not expected to be impacted and are expected to connect through the other Osaka data center, ap-northeast-3-1-0. Users with Always On enabled should have their VPN connection restored automatically. Users without Always On enabled may need to reconnect manually using Cisco Secure Client; reconnect is expected to work immediately. This update is scheduled during off-business hours to help minimize disruption.
