Maintenance Details Cisco will perform emergency maintenance on Reserved IP and Web Security services in the Asia Pacific data centers in Tokyo. The maintenance includes operational improvements and infrastructure upgrades.
Date and Time November 6th, 15:00 UTC to November 7th, 03:00 UTC
Impact During the maintenance window, Reserved IP and Web Security can experience interrupted or unstable internet egress in the Tokyo region, with impact lasting up to four hours. If traffic temporarily uses an alternate public egress IP address, destinations that allowlist only the configured Reserved IP addresses can reject connections; customer reserved public IP addresses are not planned to change. Failed connections can require a retry after recovery, but no customer configuration change is planned.
