Scheduled
Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience. To ensure our Cisco Secure Access platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing maintenance.
Maintenance Details Cisco will perform maintenance on Network Tunnel Groups services across selected US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico data centers. The activity will be performed one data center at a time.
Date and Time August 18th, 02:00 UTC to August 18th, 10:00 UTC
Impact During the maintenance window, customer IPsec tunnels may fail over to another available data center in the same region. The activity will be performed one data center at a time. Customers with redundant tunnels already established and routing properly configured are expected to continue passing traffic through the available data center. Application sessions may briefly reconnect during failover. No customer action is expected during the maintenance window.
