We are continuing mitigation for the affecting dataplane traffic. As part of this work, we are taking the affected DCv2 US East (csc_us-east-1_1_1) data center out of rotation, and traffic will be redirected to the next nearest data center. Customers may experience temporary service disruption, including brief firewall session disconnections, during this work. We are monitoring the impact and will provide further updates as work progresses.

Identified
The issue has been identified and the fix will be rolled out across nodes. During the rollout, active VPN sessions connected to the data center being updated can be briefly disconnected. Users can reconnect, and sessions are expected to re-establish through the paired data center. New VPN connection attempts are not expected to be affected.
Remediation efforts are underway. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide a final update once the issue is fully resolved.

Investigating
We are investigating an issue that may prevent new configuration updates from reaching the dataplane service in the DCv2 US East and DCv2 US West datacenters.
