Maintenance Details Cisco will perform emergency maintenance on Remote Access VPN infrastructure across selected European data centers to apply service updates and improve reliability.
Date and Time October 31st, 01:00 UTC to October 31st, 20:00 UTC
Impact During the maintenance window, active VPN sessions connected through each data center being upgraded will be briefly disconnected. Users whose sessions are disconnected will need to manually reconnect. A brief disruption to firewall services is also expected during each data center upgrade, with impact lasting approximately 2 to 3 minutes per data center. Reconnected sessions are expected to establish through the paired data center. This maintenance is scheduled during off-business hours to minimize disruption.
