Cisco Secure Access - [Planned Maintenance] Global - Web Security - From 2026-05-15 18:00 UTC to 2026-05-15 19:00 UTC

Scheduled for May 15, 18:00 - 19:00 UTC

Scheduled

Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience.
To ensure our Cisco Secure Access platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing maintenance.

Maintenance Details :
We are performing standard upgrades to the SWG roaming client data center selection infrastructure.

Date and Time: May 15th, 18:00 UTC to May 15th, 19:00 UTC

Impact:
Cisco is rolling out an enhancement to improve connection reliability and data center selection for Cisco Secure Access roaming clients. No service disruption is expected, and for most customers, no action is required. The update will be applied automatically.

Customers may need to take action only if they have manually configured SWG FQDNs in firewall rules, ACLs, PAC files, or proxy chains. In those cases, please update your configuration to include the new organization-specific FQDN pattern below.

Old FQDN: swg-url-proxy-https-sse.sigproxy.qq.opendns.com
New FQDN Pattern: swg-url-proxy-https-sse-#####.sigproxy.qq.opendns.com

The ##### value represents your unique Secure Access organization ID.
