We would like to inform you of an upcoming maintenance activity on our Cisco Secure Access infrastructure, specifically affecting customers utilizing Reserved IP addresses. This maintenance is scheduled for North America (Virginia, Oregon, and Canada) between Oct 29 01:00 UTC - 05:00 UTC.

During this period, customers using Reserved IP addresses may experience a brief fail over to a non-reserved IP within the same data center. Customers who do not use Reserved IPs will not be impacted.
