This is a standard infrastructure upgrade of the Cisco Secure Access platform, affecting the following components:
Firewall as a Service
Remote Access VPN

Date and Time: March 12th, 20:00 UTC to March 13th, 04:00 UTC

Impact:
All active VPN sessions will be briefly disconnected during the maintenance window. Users will need to manually reconnect to the VPN service if they experience a disconnection. There will be a brief disruption to firewall services during the upgrade.
