Maintenance Details Cisco will perform Control Plane and Data Plane deployment activity for Cisco Secure Access Remote Access VPN in the region to provide the latest fixes for an improved experience.

Impact During the maintenance window, active VPN sessions on sa-east-1_1_1 (Brazil), ca-central-1_1_1 (Canada Central), ca-west-1_1_1 (Canada West), mx-central-1_1_1 (LATAM Mexico), csc-us-east-1_1_1 (US Virginia), and csc-us-west-1_1_1 (US California) will be disconnected, while sessions connected through the corresponding secondary data centers (sa-east-1_1_0, ca-central-1_1_0, ca-west-1_1_0, mx-central-1_1_0, csc-us-east-1_1_0, and csc-us-west-1_1_0) are not expected to be impacted. Users who experience a disconnection will need to manually reconnect using Cisco Secure Client, which is expected to work immediately, and this update is scheduled during off-business hours to minimize disruption.
Remote Access VPN: Active VPN sessions connected through the affected data center can be disconnected. New sessions are not expected to be impacted. Users will need to reconnect. Sessions are expected to establish through the paired data center.
