Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience. To ensure our Cisco Secure Access platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing maintenance.
Maintenance Details : We are performing standard upgrades to the Cisco Secure Access infrastructure. During this period, traffic will be redirected to nearby data center to ensure service continuity.
Date and Time: May 15th, 16:00 UTC to May 16th, 20:00 UTC
Impact: During this maintenance window, sessions on the affected VEDC may be terminated. Services will attempt to automatically reconnect to another VEDC within the same region; however, seamless reconnection depends on client configuration. VPN sessions will reconnect automatically only if Always-On is enabled; otherwise, manual reconnection may be required. For IPsec connectivity, traffic continuity depends on customer-side failover configuration. Brief session interruptions may occur.
