Maintenance Details Cisco will redistribute selected Reserved IPs across Web Security clusters in the Asia Pacific (Tokyo) region. This emergency maintenance is being performed to reduce concentration on individual clusters and improve service resilience.
Date and Time August 18th, 13:00 UTC to August 18th, 19:00 UTC
Impact During the maintenance window, Web Security traffic for customers whose Reserved IPs are included in this migration will be interrupted for up to 45 minutes per affected Reserved IP while Cisco migrates the address and redeploys the associated proxy. Existing connections using an affected Reserved IP will be interrupted, and new web requests will not complete during that interval. Traffic will resume after the migration and proxy redeployment are complete. No customer action is required. The activity is limited to the Reserved IPs included in this migration.
