Maintenance Details Cisco will perform Control Plane and Data Plane deployment activity for Cisco Secure Access Remote Access VPN in the region to provide the latest fixes for an improved experience.
Date and Time June 29th, 14:00 UTC to June 29th, 22:00 UTC
Impact During the maintenance window, active VPN sessions on ap-southeast-2_1_1 will be disconnected. VPN sessions connected through the other Sydney data center, ap-southeast-2_1_0 are not expected to be disconnected. Users who experience a disconnection will need to manually reconnect using Cisco Secure Client; reconnect is expected to work immediately. This update is scheduled during off-business hours to help minimize disruption.
Remote Access VPN: Active VPN sessions connected through the affected data center can be disconnected. New sessions are not expected to be impacted. Users will need to reconnect. Sessions are expected to establish through the paired data center.
