Maintenance Details : We are performing standard upgrades to the SWG roaming traffic infrastructure. During this period, some traffic in the US and Japan regions will be redirected to an alternate environment to ensure service continuity.

Impact: Cisco will temporarily route some SWG roaming traffic in the US and Japan regions through alternate regional data centers. During this time, activity reports for SWG roaming traffic may show a temporary change in data center location. No service disruption is expected, and no customer action is required.
