Maintenance Details : We are performing planned updates to the Remote Access VPN service infrastructure. This work is part of a phased rollout of service component updates and will be completed during scheduled regional maintenance windows.
Date and Time: May 21st, 02:00 UTC to May 21st, 10:00 UTC
Impact: During the maintenance window for the region being updated, active VPN sessions may disconnect. Users with Auto Reconnect (Always On) enabled will have their VPN connection restored automatically. Users without Auto Reconnect enabled may need to reconnect manually. These updates are scheduled during off-business hours to help minimize disruption.
