Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience. To ensure our Cisco Secure Access platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing scheduled maintenance.
Note that there will be a change in a particular maintenance vEDC:
Maintenance Details Date and Time: 17:30 UTC and 19:00 UTC on December 3rd
Impact: This maintenance will be performed in a rolling manner, one Data Center at a time. During this process, IPSec Tunnels will temporarily fail over to redundant vEDC. Customer traffic will not be interrupted
Tokyo-1 (sse-apne-1-1-0) Tokyo (DCv2) (csc-apne1-1-0) Osaka-1 (sse-apne-3-1-0) Singapore-2 (sse-apse-1-1-1) - new vEDC
Action: Please ensure that your redundant tunnel to the secondary Data Center is functioning correctly to maintain high availability.
