Maintenance Details Cisco will perform planned infrastructure and software upgrades, along with operational improvements, in the Asia Pacific (Tokyo DCv2) data center.

Impact During maintenance, one Cisco-operated data center will be temporarily unavailable for up to 12 hours, and traffic will shift to its paired data center in the same region. Existing VPN and connected application sessions will disconnect but are expected to reconnect automatically within seconds; new connections are expected to use the paired data center. Customers can experience intermittent issues with device enrollment and secure-connection validation during this period. No customer action is required.
