We are writing to inform you that we have resolved a brief period of service degradation affecting one of the vedc in Mexico Central (MXC111) data center. Between 02:30 and 02:43 UTC, some users may have experienced connectivity issue via RAVPN, Zero trust Access, and Network Tunnels.

Our engineering team has confirmed that all systems are now fully restored and operating as expected. We are proactively notifying you of this event and no further action is needed regarding this specific occurrence.
