Maintenance Details Cisco performed emergency maintenance on the load-balancing infrastructure supporting internet traffic in the US East region. The activity addressed a known issue with the existing load balancer and involved removing the affected load-balancing component to restore service stability.

Impact During the maintenance window, customers using the affected Secure Web Gateway data center may have experienced intermittent issues reaching internet destinations. Service has been restored, and no further customer action is required.
