Issue has been identified with a local internet service provider and customers may experience increased latency with DNS Resolution at the Rio and Sao Paulo data centers.
We will provide updates periodically and when new information is available.

We are investigating an issue with DNS resolution at the Brazil data center. Customer DNS requests will be sent to the next closest data center. We will post updates as they become available.
