Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience. To ensure our Cisco Secure Access platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing scheduled maintenance.
Maintenance Details Date and Time: 14:30 UTC and 17:00 UTC on December 3rd
Impact: This maintenance will be performed in a rolling manner, one Data Center at a time. During this process, IPSec Tunnels will temporarily fail over to redundant vEDC. Customer traffic will not be interrupted.
Sydney-1 (sse-apse-2-1-0) Hong Kong-1 (sse-ape-1-1-0) Jakarta-1 (sse-apse-3-1-0)
Action: Please ensure that your redundant tunnel to the secondary Data Center is functioning correctly to maintain high availability.
