Cisco Secure Access - [Planned Maintenance] Network Tunnel Groups, North America, South America - From 2026-09-17 04:00 UTC to 2026-09-17 10:00 UTC

Scheduled for Sep 17, 04:00 - 10:00 UTC

Scheduled

Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience. To ensure our Cisco Secure Access platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing maintenance.

Maintenance Details
Cisco will perform scheduled maintenance on Network Tunnel Groups services across selected North America and South America data centers. This work is part of planned maintenance for the tunnel infrastructure that supports customer network connectivity.

Date and Time
September 17th, 04:00 UTC to September 17th, 10:00 UTC

Impact
During the maintenance window, tunnels connected to the data center being updated will be disconnected. Cisco will update one data center per region at a time, while another data center in the same region remains in service.

Customers with redundant tunnels already established and routing properly configured are expected to continue passing traffic through the available data center. Customers with only a single tunnel can experience service interruption while maintenance is performed on that data center. Existing application sessions can reset and reconnect over the available path, and new application sessions are not expected to be impacted. No customer action is expected during the maintenance window if redundancy is already in place.
