Impact
As part of this work, customers may experience temporary unavailability of policy management during two short intervals of approximately 10 minutes each. Outside of these intervals, services are expected to remain available, with only minimal risk of intermittent errors.

COMPONENTS:
Secure Access Policies:: The Secure Access Policy configuration (Access policy UI and APIs) will be unavailable. Customers will not be able to create, read, update, or delete their Secure Access policies during the maintenance window.

Network and Service Objects:: The Network and Service Objects (UI and APIs) will be unavailable, preventing customers from creating, reading, updating, or deleting Network and Service objects within the Secure Access service.

Additional Impacted Services:: Customers may also experience issues when updating Private Resources, Resource Connectors, App Portal, Private Resource Suggestions, and ZTNA Config Producer services.

Degraded Performance:: Network Tunnel Groups and IPS Profiles may experience degraded performance, particularly in the delete path.
