We would like to inform you about an upcoming maintenance activity on our Cisco Secure Access infrastructure, specifically concerning IPsec site-to-site VPNs and their configuration. The software rollout is for the primary data centers Canada (Central), US (Virginia), and Brazil scheduled between Sept 26 from 05:00- 08:00 UTC.

Please note that during this period, all IPsec traffic will remain uninterrupted, provided that both tunnels are configured within a network tunnel group. There may be a brief period where Network Tunnel Group configuration changes will be unavailable.
