Cisco Secure Access - [Planned Maintenance] Network Tunnel Groups, Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, Jakarta), Australia (Sydney) - From 2026-11-18 13:00 UTC to 2026-11-18 21:00 UTC
Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience. To ensure our Cisco Secure Access platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing maintenance.
Maintenance Details Cisco will perform planned maintenance on Network Tunnel Groups services in the Asia Pacific data centers in Hong Kong and Jakarta, and the Australia data center in Sydney. The maintenance includes infrastructure upgrades and operational improvements.
Date and Time November 18th, 13:00 UTC to November 18th, 21:00 UTC
Impact During the maintenance window, tunnels connected to the VEDC being updated will be disconnected. Customers with two active tunnels to separate VEDCs in the same region and routing configured for failover are expected to switch traffic to the available VEDC automatically. The expected impact is up to 5 minutes. Updating a customer’s secondary tunnel should not affect traffic while the primary tunnel remains active.
Customers with only one tunnel will experience an outage for the full maintenance duration. After the update, the tunnel is expected to reconnect automatically. Both tunnels must be active before maintenance begins. No customer action is required during the update.
