Maintenance Details Cisco will upgrade the Resource Connector solution in Australia (Sydney) to support enhanced Cisco Secure Access functionality. The two Sydney data centers will be updated sequentially, beginning with ap-southeast-2_1_0, followed by ap-southeast-2_1_1. The rotation process for each data center is expected to take approximately 30 minutes.
Date and Time August 17th, 15:30 UTC to August 17th, 18:00 UTC
Impact Resource Connector sessions connected through the data center being updated can briefly move to the other healthy Sydney data center. Customers can experience a short traffic interruption during this movement. New sessions are not expected to be impacted. Recovery is automatic and expected within one minute, and no customer action is required. The data centers will be updated one at a time to minimize disruption. This maintenance is scheduled during off-business hours to help minimize disruption.
