Maintenance Details Cisco will perform emergency maintenance on Remote Access VPN services in the Saudi Arabia data centers. This maintenance includes service updates, operational improvements, and security fixes.
Date and Time September 5th, 20:00 UTC to September 6th, 04:00 UTC
Impact During the maintenance window, active VPN sessions connected through the region undergoing maintenance can disconnect. Users with Auto Reconnect enabled will have their VPN connections automatically re-established. Users without Auto Reconnect enabled will need to manually reconnect. This maintenance is scheduled during off-business hours to minimize disruption.
