Cisco Secure Access Remote Access VPN will undergo emergency maintenance to improve platform stability and performance.

Date and Time:
May 14th, 02:00 UTC to May 14th, 10:00 UTC

Impact:
All Active VPN sessions in the region undergoing maintenance may experience disconnection during the maintenance window. Users who have the Auto Reconnect feature enabled will have their VPN connections automatically re-established. Those without Auto Reconnect enabled will need to manually reconnect. This maintenance is scheduled during off-business hours to minimize disruption.
