Scheduled

Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience.
To ensure our Cisco Secure Access platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing maintenance.

Maintenance Details :
We are performing planned maintenance which will update the pac file and roaming clients to have the latest config details.

Date and Time: May 24th, 21:30 UTC to May 25th, 00:30 UTC

Impact:
We are rolling out an enhancement to improve connection reliability for the Cisco Secure Access roaming client. This update improves the data center selection logic, enabling SWG roaming clients to connect to the most optimal data center, resulting in improved performance and more consistent data center affinity—particularly for Reserved IP customers.

Most customers do not need to take any action.
Action is required only for customers who:
• Manually allowlist FQDNs in firewall or ACL rules, or
• Have hardcoded the legacy FQDN in a PAC file or proxy chain

FQDN changes:
• Old FQDN: swg-url-proxy-https-sse.sigproxy.qq.opendns.com
• New FQDN pattern: swg-url-proxy-https-#####.sseproxy.qq.opendns.com
##### is your Secure Access organization ID.
