Maintenance Details: The planned maintenance activity for Cisco Secure Access Remote Access VPN – Asia Pacific (Osaka) requires additional time to complete validation activities and ensure service stability.
The maintenance window has been extended by 1 hour and is now expected to conclude at May 28, 20:00 UTC.
Date and Time: May 28th, 19:00 UTC to May 28th, 20:00 UTC
Impact: During the maintenance window for the region being updated, active VPN sessions may disconnect. Users with Auto Reconnect (Always On) enabled will have their VPN connection restored automatically. Users without Auto Reconnect enabled may need to reconnect manually. These updates are scheduled during off-business hours to help minimize disruption.
