Scheduled

Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience. To ensure our Cisco Secure Access platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing maintenance.

Maintenance Details :
Cisco Secure Access Network Tunnel Groups will undergo planned maintenance to improve platform stability and performance.

Date and Time:
May 13th, 16:00 UTC to May 13th, 20:00 UTC

Impact:
Customers should ensure that their IPsec tunnels are configured for automatic failover across VEDCs. During this maintenance, traffic from ap-northeast-1_1_0 will temporarily fail over to ap-northeast-1_1_1, traffic from csc-ap-northeast-1_1_0 will temporarily fail over to csc-ap-northeast-1_1_1, traffic from ap-northeast-3_1_0 will temporarily fail over to ap-northeast-3_1_1, and traffic from ap-southeast-1_1_0 will temporarily fail over to ap-southeast-1_1_1. When failover is properly configured, traffic will continue without disruption. Only one VEDC per region will be updated at a time.
