Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience. To ensure our Cisco Secure Access platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing emergency maintenance.
Maintenance Details: Cisco will perform an emergency deployment for Cisco Secure Access Remote Access VPN in Mumbai to address scaling issues and improve service performance.
Date and Time: June 9th, 16:00 UTC to June 9th, 20:00 UTC
Impact: During the maintenance window, active VPN sessions on ap-south-1_1_0 will be disconnected. VPN sessions connected through the other India (West) data center, ap-south-1_1_1 are not expected to be disconnected. Users who experience a disconnection will need to manually reconnect using Cisco Secure Client; reconnect is expected to work immediately. This update is scheduled during off-business hours to help minimize disruption.
